The plea bargain struck between federal prosecutors and President Joe Biden's son, Hunter Biden, undermines what political strategists call former President Donald Trump's "strongest defense" as he mounts a 2024 White House campaign amid multiple prosecutions, hindering Trump's ability to paint himself as the target of a politically motivated Justice Department.
