Huma Abedin, a top aide to presumptive Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton, is set to give a deposition on Tuesday about her boss's use of a private email server as secretary of state, reports
Judicial Watch.
On Wednesday, Patrick Kennedy, who was undersecretary for management at the State Department under Clinton, is set to be deposed.
The depositions are part of a Freedom of Information Act lawsuit filed by the conservative watchdog group Judicial Watch.
Washington, D.C. District Court Judge Emmet Sullivan, an appointee of Clinton's husband, former President Bill Clinton, granted Judicial Watch "discovery" into Clinton's email system on May 4.
Other aides, including Cheryl Mills, already have given depositions, and
Bryan Pagliano, the IT specialist who was in charge of the system, repeatedly pleaded his Fifth Amendment right against self-incrimination when he was deposed in the case last week.
Pagliano has been granted immunity in the State Department's separate investigation into the email server.
