On his syndicated radio show Friday, Beck said he was stunned conservatives aren't upset at Trump's saucy quips during the 11th GOP presidential debate,
reports The Daily Caller, which posted an audio of the conservation on its website.
"I don't know what I would have done if I were sitting in their shoes. I can't say it that way," Beck said, referring to Sens. Ted Cruz and Marco Rubio and Ohio Gov. John Kasich, who debated Trump Thursday night in Detroit.
"If I were on the stage, I would have said, 'Have you been listening to him tonight? Have you been listening to what I say about him? I believe these things.'"
When Beck's co-host Stu Burguiere tweaked him on his comment about "sitting in their shoes," Beck replied: "If I was close enough and had a knife, the stabbing just wouldn't stop."
Burguiere later insisted to The Caller that Beck was playfully referring to him, not Trump.
One of the wildest moments during the debate was when Trump responded to Rubio's remark that the billionaire developer had small hands, an inference that his genitalia are subpar.
If Marco Rubio's attack on Donald Trump's "small hands" was an attack on his manhood, the GOP presidential front-runner told Thursday's GOP debate audience, "there is no problem."
"He referred to my hands — if they are small, something else must be small. I guarantee you there is no problem. I guarantee you," Trump bragged.
