Facebook CEO Zuckerberg to Testify to Congress Next Week

Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg has agreed to before the House Energy and Commerce Committee on April 11, lawmakers said Wednesday.

The day before, Zuckerberg will testify before a joint Senate committee on social media privacy and data use.

Facebook has come under fire in recent weeks after it was revealed that the personal data of 50 million users of the website fell into the hands of a political consulting firm that worked for U.S. President Donald Trump's campaign
