Trump: NKorea Returning Remains of About 7,500 US Soldiers

President Donald Trump continued his praise of North Korea’s leader Kim Jong Un on Friday.

"We get along very well," he said. "We had good chemistry, I don’t know if that is popular or politically correct to say."

And he added: "You haven’t had any rockets shot in the air for seven months. They just blew up their test site. They are blowing up the engine test site for ballistic missiles."

His comments came during an interview on "Fox & Friends" on the White House lawn.

"(Kim) is giving us back our great heroes who died, as you know," Trump said. "We’re getting remains back.

"He’s giving back the remains of probably 7,500 soldiers" who died in the Korea War.

And he said North Korea is on the road to denuclearization.

"Absolutely," Trump said. "It is in the agreement. It says he will denuclearize."

Trump attacked CNN, calling it a "fraud" for its reporting on the summit

"It’s funny when you see the fake news," he said. "I signed an agreement where we get everything, everything, but they said Trump lost because he agreed to meet."

"I agreed to meet? Of course, you have to agree to meet. If you don’t agree to meet, you know what you will have? You will have nuclear war.

"Funny, watch CNN. What a fraud it is."

Trump again hinted a White House visit by Kim is possible.

"It could happen," he said.  "I think it is something that could happen. Hey, he is the head of a country and I mean he is the strong head. Don't let anyone think anything different. He speaks and his people sit up at attention. I want my people to do the same."
