Trump Says He'd Invoke Insurrection Act If Necessary

President Donald Trump on Monday said he would invoke the Insurrection Act of 1807 if necessary.

"If people were being killed and courts were holding us up, or governors or mayors were holding us up, sure," Trump told reporters Monday in the Oval Office.
