Report: DOJ to Seek Breakup of Live Nation-Ticketmaster

The Department of Justice will seek a breakup of Live Nation and its unit Ticketmaster for antitrust violations, Bloomberg News reported on Wednesday.

Shares of Live Nation fell 7% after the bell.

The DOJ, along with a group of states, is expected to file a lawsuit against the company on Thursday, the report said.
