An aging military jeep carrying the ashes of former Cuban President Fidel Castro broke down and had to be pushed along the route as Cubans looked on.

"Hell didn't even want the guy!" conservative talk radio host Rush Limbaugh laughed while describing the scene on his show Monday.

Limbaugh described the vehicle as "a cheap, 1950s military truck that the Vietcong would have discarded."

Twitter users also mocked the situation, invoking the five-decade-old U.S. embargo against the communist island nation.

The jeep was Russian-built, according to Fox News.
