California's tax system, which takes money from its residents and people who work there from nearly every facet of their lives, is a form of "confiscation," Bill O'Reilly told Newsmax TV.

O'Reilly gave his Talking Points Memo on "The Wayne Allyn Root Show" on Tuesday and made a strong argument against high state taxes.
