Conservative commentator Bill O'Reilly Friday night pointed out a busy week of news through his Newsmax TV program, "No Spin News," including commentary from this week's appearance on "The Joe Pags Show.
Mainstream media outlets, he said in one segment, want President Donald Trump's impeachment because it will make them millions of dollars in profits.
"You can imagine all the money that will be earned by cable news and the network news if Donald Trump is impeached. But it's the money. Tens of millions of dollars. So, just on the economics, they're rooting for Trump to get impeached."
O'Reilly's "No Spin News" airs on Newsmax TV on Saturday at 7 p.m., and Sunday at 11 a.m. and 6 p.m. Eastern time.

In another segment, O'Reilly told his opinion about a new poll that claims a plurality of Republicans think President Donald Trump should have the power to close down media outlets.
"There are Americans who don't want to hear opinions other than their own," O'Reilly said. "I put the number at about 35 percent, maybe 40 percent at this point . . . on both sides, they don't want to hear anything other than 'what we believe,' and if you say something 'we don't like you.'
Also during the show, he recapped an interview concerning New York Democratic socialist Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez.
He had said he was impressed with Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and the round-the-clock work ethic that helped her whip incumbent Joe Crowley in the Democratic primary for New York's 14th congressional district, but he also said she is ignorant about politics.
O'Reilly is a best-selling author and owner of the website billoreilly.com.
