Supreme Court nominee Judge Brett Kavanaugh is using his judicial smarts to dominate his confirmation hearings that kicked off Tuesday, Bill O'Reilly told Newsmax TV.

During his regular appearance on Wednesday's "The Wayne Allyn Root Show," O'Reilly gave an example of how he feels Kavanaugh is dealing with controversial questions from members of the Senate Judiciary Committee.
