A juror in the Bill Cosby trial said the case was deadlocked in the jury room, and it was clear a verdict could not be reached.

"My personal feeling is, whatever the man did he has already paid his price – suffered," a juror told NBC affiliate WPXI.

The juror remained anonymous, although his voice can be heard.

"When we wanted to send [the deadlocked decision] in, about three people jumped up and said, 'hold it, I want to change.' So, it was not a true 10-2. And the tears came toward the end. It was so tense."

Dozens of women have accused Cosby of sexually assaulting them using spiked drinks over several decades. The first criminal case ended with a hung jury and a mistrial last weekend.

A report earlier Thursday claimed two jurors were not budging on their belief Cosby was not guilty.

The jurors deliberated for more than 52 hours over six days.
