The latest boogeyman in President Joe Biden's quest for more stringent gun control legislation is the supposed scourge of "ghost guns" – but while the administration aims to turn the president into a ghost buster, gun experts say the White House's logic is the only thing busted.

Biden in a speech earlier this month revealed a new Department of Justice rule that would effectively ban the manufacture of "ghost guns."
