At least 20 Democrats are expected jump into the arena to challenge President Trump in 2020. But the candidate getting the most attention right now is one who lost in November -- Beto O’Rourke.

Incumbent Texas Sen. Ted Cruz defeated the Democrat by just 2.6 percent in November. Since then, O’Rourke has jumped into the top ranks of Democratic contenders.
