Singer Ariana Grande said late Monday she was "so sorry" following an explosion at her concert in England that left 19 people dead and at least 59 injured.

The incident at Manchester Arena happened during Grande's performance and was being treated as a terrorist attack. Two U.S. officials said a suicide bombing was suspected while Fox News reported that hospital officials said they treated shrapnel-type wounds in the victims.

Grande also announced the rest of her world tour has been canceled.
