Anthony Scaramucci, whose public tiff with President Donald Trump has become fodder for airtime on major TV stations, spent his weekend at a party in Martha's Vineyard, Massachusetts, mixing it up with some heavy-hitting Democrats, including Hillary and Bill Clinton.
Former Secretary of State John Kerry, Sen. Mark Warner, D-Va., and former Gov. Terry McAuliffe were also in attendance at the party, held by Bill Clinton. It was Scaramucci's first appearance at the event.
Scaramucci, who served as White House communications director for just 11 days, has publicly sparred with Trump for nearly a month.
The spat started when Scaramucci recently called the president "a liar" and slammed him for his "racist and unacceptable" tweets directed at four Democratic minority congresswomen. He also labeled Trump's visits to visit victims of the mass shootings a "catastrophe."
Trump has tweeted Scaramucci "knows very little about me" and is only on TV because he served in Trump's administration, "not for being the Mooch!"
Scaramucci during the party experienced "something of a homecoming," said Vanity Fair, as he has "refashioned himself as a conscientious objector and truth teller."
