Manhattan Federal Judge George Daniels on Friday tossed out a harassment lawsuit filed by former Fox News host Andrea Tantaros, the New York Daily News reported.
Tantaros filed the lawsuit in April 2017 alleging she had been the target of menacing messages from phony social media accounts. She also claimed late Fox News CEO Roger Ailes had people spy on her with electronic surveillance and had spyware installed on her computer.
Daniels said Tantaros' complaint was "based primarily on speculation and conjecture" and that she failed "to adequately make out the basic elements of her claims."
Tantaros, who once worked as a host of "The Five," of late has been representing herself in the suit.
