GOP Bill Would Punish Colleges for High Tuition, Lousy Results

House Republicans are touting legislation that would financially penalize colleges and universities that charge high tuition fees for degrees that don't deliver commensurate post-graduation paychecks.

Known as the College Cost Reduction Act (CCRA), the legislation would force schools that are dependent on taxpayer funding to produce better results or face what in some cases would be stiff financial punishment.
