President Donald Trump says the delay over his Supreme Court nominee following a sexual assault allegation has lasted long enough.
Trump told Fox News host Sean Hannity before a campaign rally in Las Vegas, "I don't think you can delay it any longer."
"They've delayed it a week already," he said, and "have to get on with it."
Negotiations continue over whether Christine Blasey Ford will testify next week about her allegation against Brett Kavanaugh, which he has denied.
"I think it's a very sad situation," Trump told Hannity. He praised Kavanaugh as an "outstanding person."
But Trump also said he wants to hear Ford's side of the story, adding: "Let her say what she has to say. And let's see how it all comes out."tigation."
