President Donald Trump on Saturday blasted the news media for ignoring Friday's strong jobs figures — "only Russia, Russia, Russia" — and quoted an editorial from The Wall Street Journal slamming the FBI as "a tool of anti-Trump political actors."

Here are Trump's tweets:

The Labor Department reported Friday that the economy created 200,000 jobs in January and that wages for U.S. workers rose at their fastest pace since 2009.

But resulting fears of inflation and rising interest rates led to a 666-point drop in the Dow Jones Industrial Average on Wall Street, the biggest plunge since June 2016 and the sixth largest ever.

Republicans on the House Intelligence Committee, chaired by Rep. Devin Nunes of California, released a memo Friday alleging surveillance abuses by the FBI and Justice Department in the Russia investigation.

President Trump approved the document's release.

It alleged that that the warrant obtained by the FBI from the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act court to monitor former Trump campaign adviser Carter Page was based on an unsubstantiated dossier of negative information on the Republican presidential candidate.

The dossier was prepared by former British agent Christopher Steele and was paid, in part, by the campaign of Democrat Hillary Clinton.

The Clinton data was never disclosed in the application for the FISA warrant, according to the GOP memo.

Trump tweeted Saturday that the Nunes document "totally vindicates" him in the Moscow probe.

The Journal editorial Friday also called the revelations in the Nunes memo "disturbing."

"We don’t know the political motives of the FBI and Justice officials, but the facts are damaging enough," the editorial board said. "The FBI in essence let itself and the FISA court be used to promote a major theme of the Clinton campaign.

"Afterward they continued to leak all this to the press to cast doubt on the legitimacy of Mr. Trump’s victory.

"No matter its motives, the FBI became a tool of anti-Trump political actors," the editorial said. "This is unacceptable in a democracy and ought to alarm anyone who wants the FBI to be a nonpartisan enforcer of the law."
