Former U.S. Attorney Preet Bharara, fired earlier this year by President Donald Trump, has a reserved seat for ousted FBI Director James Comey's testimony before the Senate Intelligence Committee, according to a Politico reporter.

Bharara was U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of New York. He was fired by Trump after the president took office, The Hill noted.
