The Trump campaign on Saturday released ads tying Democrats to murders committed by illegal immigrants.

The video, titled “Complicit,” starts with illegal immigrant Luis Bracamontes yelling out during his murder trial, “Only thing that I f------ regret is that I f------ killed two,” in reference to the murders of two Sacramento-area deputies who were shot and killed in 2014.

"Now Democrats who stand in our way will be complicit in every murder committed by illegal immigrants," the narrator says. "President Trump will fix our border and keep our families safe."

The ad comes as Democrats filibustered a Republican bill to fund the government in order to secure a deal for DACA recipients.

The Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) allowed people who illegally came to the United States as children with their parents to stay if they met certain criteria. President Donald Trump in early September announced he was ending DACA and giving a gridlocked Congress until March to decide what happens to the 800,000-plus young people affected.

The executive director of Trump’s reelection campaign said the ad “draws attention to the stark contrast between ‘complicit’ Democrats and the President for his full commitment to build a wall and fix our border to protect Americans from drugs, murder and other atrocities.”

“Donald Trump was elected President to build the wall and keep American families safe from evil, illegal immigrants who commit violent crimes against lawful U.S. citizens,” said Michael S. Glassner.
