Americans who are tired of the media fixation on Republican presidential front-runner Donald Trump, have a new web tool at their disposal, The Trump Filter extension for Chrome,
The Hill reports.
Created by Brooklyn web developer Rob Spectre, the extension was released last week and not only detects Trump-related headlines from your web search, but will also remove the headlines.
The extension consists of three levels of "Trump filtration"
— mild, aggressive and vindictive — but Spectre says choosing the "mild" setting "should be good enough for most use cases," The Hill reports.
"I am doing this out of a profound sense of annoyance and patriotic duty," Spectre said on a page promoting the extension.
The filter's website lists four steps to "delete" Trump from the internet: Install the Chrome extension, browse the internet you love, adjust filter settings on the fly, and make America great again.
