The images released by the FBI of two men described as suspects in the Boston Marathon bombings show them carrying backpacks and wearing baseball caps.
In video and still images released to the public on Thursday, one man is wearing a dark ballcap with a white logo, possibly a “B,” on the front and white stripes on the sides going from the top onto the bill of the cap. He is carrying a black backpack.
See video below.
The first suspect also is wearing sunglasses, a white T-shirt, tan khaki pants and a dark winter jacket. He has short dark hair and a medium complexion and medium build.
The second suspect is wearing a white ballcap turned backward on his head with a black logo. His hair is slightly longer and he has no sunglasses. He has a slightly lighter complexion and is clean-shaven. He is carrying a lighter gray-looking backpack and also has a black winter coat and black pants. He may be wearing a gray shirt.
Video shows the two men walking down a crowded sidewalk, the one in the dark hat a few steps ahead of the other. In one shot they are seen walking around a corner. In another, the man in the black cap is walking just behind a person in a blue top carrying yellow balloons.
