The United States and other nations reacted swiftly to the horrific terror attack in Barcelona, Spain, in which 13 people were mowed down by a van and killed.

A White House spokeswoman said President Donald Trump was being kept abreast of the tragedy and ongoing manhunt for the driver of the death van that plowed into a crowd of pedestrians.
