Russia Says It Supplies Iran With Equipment as Part of Military Cooperation

Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said on Monday that Moscow was legally supplying Iran with military equipment it needed.

At the instigation of European governments, the United Nations reinstated an arms embargo and other sanctions on Iran over its nuclear program on September 27. Rusisa has said it does not recognize the move.
