TASS: Russia Hopes Putin-Trump Meeting Will Improve Ties

Moscow hopes the upcoming meeting between Russian President Vladimir Putin and  President Donald Trump will give momentum to the normalization of relations between the two countries, the TASS news agency reported Monday.

"We hope that the upcoming high-level meeting will give an impulse to the normalization of bilateral relations," TASS cited Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov as saying.
