Twitter is celebrating its fifth anniversary today with an eclectic cast of characters spotlighting in YouTube videos on the site, including Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, House Speaker John Boehner, Martha Stewart, Snoop Dogg, and Serena Williams
 

The celebrity cast explains to viewers the many meaningful uses for Twitter.

UFC owner Dana White says he likes using Twitter for its ability to show him what fans want and communicate with them directly.

Twitters far reaching influence spans cultures, languages, and even extends to outer space as astronaut Paolo broadcasts his portion of the message from his shuttle.
 

Snoop Dogg says he likes to follow his “home dog” Martha Stewart; she “loves to wake and bake.”
