Former Ohio State Quarterback Terrelle Pryor Drafted By Oakland Raiders

Terrelle Pryor, former Ohio State quarterback, has been drafted by the Oakland Raiders during the third round Monday’s supplemental draft, reports ESPN.

Pryor was taken by the Raiders as the 18^th selection of the round, which means that Oakland will not pick in the third round of the 2012 NFL draft.
 

Pryor is expected to get a four-year deal at $2.36 million in addition to a $591,000 signing bonus.
 

A source told ESPN.com’s John Clayton that the Raiders are examining Pryor as a receiver rather than a quarterback.  
 

Five other players were eligible to be drafted including former Georgia running back Caleb King, former Northern Illinois safety Tracy Wilson, former Western Carolina cornerback Torez Jones, former Lindenwood University defensive end Keenan Mace, and former North Carolina defensive end Michael McAdoo, but none were taken. This means that they are all now eligible to sign with any NFL team.
