Oscar winner Sandra Bullock has added to her already impressive collection of homes in Texas, Georgia, and New Orleans, with an expansive two-story home in Los Angeles’s Beverly Hills.
The seven-bedroom, Tudor-style abode boasts a theater, library, home gym, and pool, among other features. The property stretches over 4 acres of land with a spacious lawn and 270-degree views from downtown Los Angeles to the Pacific Ocean. The home, originally built in 1940, set Bullock back a cool $22.95 million.
Sandra’s new Beverly Hills hideaway was previously owned by Hard Rock Café co-founder Peter Morton, who sold the home late last year for $15.5 million.
Bullock is set to hit the big screen in 2012 in an adaptation of Jonathan Safran Foer’s “Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close” and the sci-fi thriller “Gravity.”
