Beverly Hills 'Housewife' Sells Mega Mansion

Thursday, 15 September 2011 11:54 AM EDT

Lisa Vanderpump of ‘Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’ fame and her husband Ken have sold their Beverly Park mansion to the tune of $19 million dollars, reports Radar Online.

Vanderpump told Radar exclusively that the home was “just too big for Ken and me.”

“We had such a great offer on the house, one we couldn’t refuse,” Lisa said. “It’s 17,000 square feet and my daughter, Pandora and son, Max, already moved out of the nest. So it’s just ken and me and it’s really too big for two people.” lisa, vanderpump, real, housewives, beverly, hills

Although the pair are moving, they aren’t going too far, and will keep their 90210 zip code.

“We found a beautiful, 10,000-square-foot home in Beverly Hills which I adore,” Lisa said, although she admits that the house needs “extensive remodeling” to fit her taste.

Vanderpump said that she will miss some aspects of their old home, where her daughter Pandora was married, even though she is excited to move.

“Pandora wanted to get married in the house and I’m sad both she and I won’t live in it to savor those precious memories,” Lisa said. “But life goes on and I’m looking forward to my new house and landscaping it and of course decorating it. It’s going to be a lot of work but at the same time, a lot of fun.”

A source close to the housewife said that the new home is around $12-million.
