Rand Paul 2016: 12 Noteworthy Tweets About GOP Presidential Hopeful

The camp rooting for Sen. Rand Paul to run for president in 2016 has its social media campaign in full swing. Twitter lit up in late December with comments about the GOP presidential hopeful after his reaction to Obama's change in U.S. policy toward Cuba.
