1. "It's completely out of control. Prisons are being overcrowded with juvenile offenders having to do with drugs. The penalties, the maximums, some of them could get 10 years for possession of a joint of marijuana. It makes no sense at all." –
Robertson said this in 2012 in The New York Times. He went on the record supporting marijuana legalization, saying that being tough on crime has made life more difficult on many young people.
