Kids younger than 16 may hunt small and big game alone if they have completed a hunter education class, according to the National Conference of State Legislatures. Kids who haven't taken a class may only hunt small game and must be accompanied by an adult age 21 or older.

More specific guidelines are laid out by the Oklahoma Hunting, the state's guide to the sport. Those interested should acquaint themselves with all of the regulations for the state of Oklahoma before embarking on a hunting expedition with youths.
