Nate Dogg Dead at 41

Nate Dogg, born Nathaniel Hale, died Tuesday after suffering several strokes in recent years. The California native was only 41.
 
Nate Dogg had been credited as one of the pioneers in the rise of West Coast G-Funk. Four-time Grammy nominee, Dogg’s major hits include participation in G’s “Regulate” and Dre’s The Chronic.
 
The cause of death has still not been released, but the singer had suffered with many health issues in the past.
 
“We lost a true legend n hip hop n rnb” tweeted Snoop Dogg.
