Matthew Fox Accused of Assault, Alleged Victim Pressing Charges

Heather Bormann, the Cleveland party bus driver who claims Matthew Fox started a physical altercation with her, is pressing charges, reports TMZ. 

Bormann claims that the “Lost” star “smelled like a bar” when he tried to board the private party bus she was driving. After warning the actor several times not to get on, “he just stepped in for a right hook to my pelvis area and started wailing on me like I was a man,” Bormann alleges.
 

 Bormann retaliated in self-defense by punching Fox in the jaw. She plans to meet with prosecutors today to press charges.
