“Weird Al” Yankovic has forced his way back into the spotlight with his recent parody of Lady Gaga’s song “Born This Way.”
Yankovic’s parody “Perform This Way” was posted on his blog and on YouTube, much to Gaga’s dismay.
His rationale? “My parodies have always fallen under what the courts call ‘fair use’ and this one was no different, legally allowing me to record and release it without permission,” reports USA Today.
