T-Shirt With Kate Moss Saying Banned in UK

Wednesday, 10 August 2011 12:24 PM EDT

A web ad plastered with Kate Moss’ infamous “nothing tastes as good as skinny feels” saying has been banned by UK advertising regulators Wednesday for its promotion of unhealthy attitudes towards eating, reports Fox News
“Because we considered the ad could condone or encourage an unsafe practice or result in physical, mental, or moral harm to children, we concluded that it was irresponsible,” the UK’s Advertising Standards Authority said in a statement.

Website Zazzle displayed the ad in April that depicted a young girl wearing a T-shirt with the quote.

The technology company made sure to emphasize to the ASA that it did not design the T-shirts and is simply a forum for products designed by its users.
