The fish oil supplement market has grown as numerous studies point to the positive benefits of ingesting the omega-3 fatty acids contained in the capsules.

But despite the expected positives from taking fish oil capsules, some people have taken to social media to complain about their experiences with the supplements.

For many, their complaints have nothing to do with how well the supplements are working, but instead center around the sometimes fishy burps that accompany taking fish oil capsules.
