Apple Rolls Out New Computer

Apple updated its MacBook Air on Wednesday to replace the white entry-level MacBook, the LA Times reports.
 

Apple discontinued all white MacBook computers and has replaced them with MacBook Airs. The Air will be the new entry-level computer bringing an end to the years of white MacBook successes.
 

Previously, MacBook Airs were significantly more expensive than the entry level MacBooks, but now the Air price of just $999 is exactly the same as entry level MacBook pricing.
 

This is the first time since 2001 that the company does not have a solid-white laptop for sale.
