'Teen Mom' Amber Portwood Enters Rehab

“Teen Mom” star Amber Portwood has entered rehab, reports PerezHilton.

After a failed suicide attempt, Portwood was found unconscious in her home with a rope tied around her neck earlier this month. She will undergo treatment for “anger control issues and depression.”

“I’m on medication at the moment to just help me relax. I’m in a vulnerable state right now and I know people want a lot of answers,” Portwood revealed in a statement to Star Magazine.
