From a couples adventure and forest canopy tour to a haunted forest or full moon zip tour, those looking for adventure travel in Nashville will find not only excitement, but also team-building options at this destination.

Cumberland Caverns: This U.S. National Natural Landmark offers daily walking tours and for the more adventurous, spelunking trips.
