Hamas a Friend to No One, Even Palestinians
The U.S. and Israel are airdropping and delivering large amounts of aid and food to the Gaza Strip region, only for Hamas gangs to monetize on this humanitarian aid.
These gangs are looting aid trucks and stealing food meant for the Palestinian people.
Additionally, they use men, women, and children as human shields while attacking Israeli civilians, waiting for Israel's response so they can use the images of human shields whom they've threatened to murder if they leave their homes.
Hamas, a recognized terrorist organization, has been using human shields as a strategy to maximize civilian casualties and manipulate public opinion. This despicable tactic not only endangers innocent lives but also serves as a way to portray Israel as the aggressor when it tries to rightfully defends itself.
Hamas does not have the best interests of the Palestinian people at heart.
It put its own people in harm's way, steals their food and humanitarian aid for selfish gain, and then uses them as propaganda tools.
With its leaders worth billions of dollars, it's evident that they are not struggling for the same cause they claim to be fighting for.
At this critical juncture, the U.N. must prioritize the protection of civilians and hold perpetrators of violence and terror accountable, regardless of political alliance or allegiance.
Additionally, the world needs to wake up and see Hamas for what it truly is — a ruthless and selfish group not only engaged in the barbaric murder of Jews but also in the exploitation and starving of Palestinians.
It's time to hold it accountable for its actions and to demand that it prioritizes the well-being and safety of its own population. The saying "better late than never" should not serve as an excuse for inaction or indifference in this regard — ever.
The long-past-due U.N. team report finding rape and gang rape likely occurred during Hamas' attack on Israel leads to déjà vu for Jews globally, as they watch the world team up against the Jew (who is the victim!), claiming the Jew is the aggressor.
It's shocking to see the antisemitic world, which has time and time again tried to eliminate Jews from the world for thousands of years, now stand united, claiming Jews (defending themselves) are the aggressors.
The disappointment expressed by Israel at the U.N. regarding the lack of condemnation of Hamas' actions is more than justifiable.
Now more than ever, it's crucial for the international community to take a strong stance against the heinous actions of Hamas.
To say that time is of the essence is an understatement.
By failing to condemn and take action against Hamas, the U.N. sends the message that it's acceptable for terrorist groups to continue their violent activities without consequence.
Furthermore, the lack of special hearings by the U.N. Security Council to discuss taking action against Hamas and its supporters is concerning not just for Israel but for all of humankind.
In the case of the U.N. finally recognizing the sexual crimes committed by Hamas terrorists against Israeli women after five months of investigation, which is laughable, the phrase "time is of the essence" seems particularly fitting. It leaves one to question: Is it indeed better that the acknowledgement eventually came, or would it have been better for it not to have come at all?
The delayed U.N. response raises questions about that deliberative body's priorities and motivations.
The organization has been quick to condemn Israel for accusations of wrongdoings in the past, regardless of investigating; yet it took five months for it to acknowledge the obvious sexual crimes committed by Hamas on Oct. 7.
This raises concerns about bias and double standards within the U.N. itself.
Even More Disturbing
The abuse of Holocaust terminology to label the victims as aggressors is a most disturbing trend:
- It serves as a blatant manipulation of history.
- It's an insult to the memory of the 6 million Jews who perished in the Holocaust.
By embracing Hamas as victim and turning a blind eye to its terrorism, the world is complicit in perpetuating a dangerously false narrative. This not only undermines the values of democracy and human rights but also threatens the security and safety of Jewish people globally.
Furthermore, turning a blind eye to the abuse of Holocaust terminology and the manipulation of human shields serves only to embolden terrorist groups and erode the values of democracy and human rights.
The world still fails to remain united in denouncing Hamas.
The global community's willingness to overlook inhumanity and Hamas atrocities — instead vilifying Israel — blatantly disregards civilization itself.
