Celebrity Cruises ranked first in this department with readers liking the cleanliness onboard. They aren’t the only ones. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) also gave three Celebrity vessels (Equinox, Silhouette, and Reflection) a perfect score from their Vessel Sanitation Program inspectors.

Holland America Line came in second, and also has three vessels with a perfect score from the CDC’s Vessel Sanitation Program inspectors. Look for cruises on the Eurodam, Oosterdam, and Koningsdam, which all received a score of 100.

Princess Cruises came in third for health and safety overall, and like the top two recipients, it has specific ships, the Caribbean Princess and Coral Princess, that received the perfect score for sanitation from the CDC.
