U.N. nuclear chief Rafael Grossi has arrived at the Russian-controlled Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant in southern Ukraine, according to Reuters reporters in the area.
Grossi is expected to inspect the plant after last week's breach of the massive Kakhovka Dam.
