Russia's Defence Ministry said on Wednesday that "Ukrainian saboteurs" had blown up a section of the Togliatti-Odesa ammonia pipeline that carries fertilizer from Russia to Ukraine in Kharkiv region on Monday.
There was no immediate comment on the allegation from Ukraine.
