President Donald Trump tweeted Thursday about the Florida school shooting, calling shooter Nikolas Cruz "mentally disturbed" and urging Americans to "always report" any signs of "erratic behavior" that could indicate a person is a potential shooter.
On Wednesday afternoon after the shootings, Trump sent a tweet saying that no child should ever feel unsafe in a school in America.
Nikolas Cruz, 19, was charged Thursday with 17 counts of premeditated murder over the shootings Wednesday afternoon at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Florida.
