A special education teacher in Minnesota has reportedly been placed on paid administrative leave after posting a tweet that appeared to call for the killing of Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh.

The instructor at Intermediate School District 917’s Alliance Education Center in Rosemount sent the tweet Saturday, shortly after Kavanaugh was sworn in, the Minneapolis Star-Tribune reported.

A spokesman for the FBI in Minneapolis said Monday the bureau was aware of the tweet, which read: “So whose [sic] gonna take one for the team and kill Kavanaugh?” the news outlet reported.

The teacher wasn’t identified because she hasn’t been charged with a crime, the Star-Tribune reported.

The Dakota County Sheriff’s Office said in a statement Monday it was aware of the post but neither the local police department nor the sheriff’s office are investigating.
