ABC is teaming with Emmy-winning actor Alec Baldwin for a talk show based on his WNYC radio show and podcast, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
The deal has been in the works for weeks but has not yet been finalized, THR reported. Production is set to begin next week.
Baldwin, whose radio show and podcast are titled "Here's the Thing With Alec Baldwin," has won an Emmy for his portrayal of President Donald Trump on NBC's "Saturday Night Live." His appearances have continued this season on SNL.
ABC is already home to late-night hit "Jimmy Kimmel Live" and daytime talk shows including "The View" and "The Chew."
