Sofia Vergara dazzled on the red carpet Sunday night at the Emmy Awards, but the "Modern Family" star also admitted to a "not-so-sexy" habit.
"Believe me, there's a whole list of things,"
she told E! News' Giuliana Rancic before the show of her unglamorous behaviors. "I can't sleep without socks. I put them on at the end of the night when nobody's looking. … Pretty socks, not like dirty socks."

Vergara's
"Modern Family" picked up the award for Best Comedy Series, but the 41-year-old Colombian actress was bested by "Nurse Jackie's" Merritt Wever for Best Supporting Actress.
She did, however, garner top honors on the Best Dressed lists for her red, lacy, figure-hugging Vera Wang gown and emerald jewels.
Vergara, who recently landed the top spot on Forbes' list of highest paid TV actresses for the second year in a row, caused a stir back in June when she
posted a risqué photo of herself in a thong bikini on Twitter.
